Bring One for the Chipper
Don’t forget to recycle your Christmas tree! Keep Jackson County Beautiful is holding the annual multi-day event where citizens can drop off their Christmas trees to be sent through the “chipper” and recycled as mulch. Locations include Lanier Tech Center in Commerce, Jackson County Transfer Station, Hoschton Towne Center and across from the Talmo fire department. For information, call 706-708-7198.

Entertainment Specialties presents a Pro-king USA production of the Paul Eve Show, featuring triple star tribute featuring Wayne Newton, Johnny Cash and Elvis impersonators. Museum Grand Re-Opening
The Crawford W. Long Museum will hold its grand re-opening 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Complimentary hot chocolate/coffee to everyone and free commemorative gift to first 100 attendees.
